Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from www.plume.com.my. For any reason should you wish to return your item(s), you have 7 days upon receiving the item(s) to return your order for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or other charges.
It is very much appreciated that you do not open up the fitted sheets / duvet covers if you are planning to return them.
